Submitting a complaint
Send complaints to qnsi-legal@heossi.com. Identify the protected work or right, the specific material or account, the location of the material, your contact details, the basis of your authority, and why you believe the use is unauthorised. Include a good-faith and accuracy statement and an electronic signature.
HEOSSI may request additional evidence and will not adjudicate complex ownership disputes. Incomplete, fraudulent, or abusive notices may be rejected.
Response and counter-notice
HEOSSI may remove or restrict access to identified material, notify the affected customer, preserve evidence, or take no action after review. A customer may respond with evidence of ownership, licence, exception, misidentification, or other lawful basis. Repeated or serious infringement may result in suspension or termination under the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

This process is a general notice mechanism and does not claim to replace any mandatory statutory notice-and-takedown procedure that applies to a particular service, country, or claim.
