QNSI

Cookie Policy

What cookies QNSI sets, why we set them, and how to control them. QNSI does not run advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking.

Last updated: August 16, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how HEOSSI (PTE.) LTD uses cookies and similar technologies across qnsi.heossi.com, docs.qnsi.heossi.com, and cloud.qnsi.heossi.com. It supplements the Privacy Policy and is governed by the Terms of Service.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use related technologies - local storage, session storage, and HTTP headers - for the same purposes. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of them.

What we use, and why

QNSI sets strictly-necessary cookies only. These are required to operate the site and provide the services you have requested - signing you into QNSI Cloud, securing requests against forgery, recording your consent choices, and routing traffic through our CDN.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party retargeting pixels, cross-site analytics fingerprinting, or social-share trackers. We do not sell or share personal data with advertising networks.

For visitors in the EU/EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions that require prior consent for non-essential cookies (ePrivacy Directive, GDPR), QNSI keeps analytics storage denied by default. Analytics begin only after the visitor selects "Allow analytics" in the consent banner. Necessary-only use remains available.

For visitors in Singapore (PDPA), the cookies we set are necessary to provide the service and to comply with our security obligations.

How to control cookies

Most browsers let you view, restrict, or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary storage will break sign-in to QNSI Cloud and may prevent secure state-changing requests from succeeding. For the marketing site (qnsi.heossi.com), blocking cookies has no functional impact.

Browser-specific instructions are available from your browser vendor - Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our cookie inventory changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. New non-essential categories remain disabled until they are documented and presented through the consent controls.
