QNSI contracts are governed by Singapore law. Disputes are resolved by arbitration in Singapore under the SIAC Rules — a neutral, globally enforceable forum.

Governing law
HEOSSI (PTE.) LTD is incorporated in the Republic of Singapore. The Terms of Service, the Data Processing Addendum, the Service Level Agreement, and every other agreement between you and QNSI are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Arbitration — SIAC, seated in Singapore
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with a QNSI agreement — including any question about its existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Rules in force at the time the notice of arbitration is submitted.
- Seat of arbitration: Singapore.
- Language of arbitration: English.
- Tribunal: one arbitrator, unless the parties agree otherwise.
- The award is final and binding on both parties.
Why arbitration in Singapore is the neutral choice
Singapore is a New York Convention state, which means a SIAC award is enforceable in over 170 countries. For a customer outside Singapore this is usually a better outcome than litigating in either party's home courts: the forum is neutral, the process is private, and the award travels.
Costs
Costs follow the event. The unsuccessful party bears the costs of the arbitration — including the tribunal's fees, SIAC's administrative fees, and the successful party's reasonable legal costs — to the extent the tribunal so determines under the SIAC Rules.
This sits alongside the indemnities in the Terms of Service, under which you are responsible for losses QNSI incurs as a result of your breach, your unlawful use, or a third-party claim arising from your data or your use of the platform.
