Anti-bribery and anti-corruption

HEOSSI (PTE.) LTD prohibits bribery and corruption in every form, in every market, without exception — including facilitation payments. This applies to employees, contractors, and anyone acting on our behalf.

We comply with Singapore's Prevention of Corruption Act and, where our dealings bring us within their reach, with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act 2010.

  • No offering, giving, soliciting, or accepting anything of value to improperly influence a decision.
  • No political contributions made on behalf of the company to obtain business.
  • Gifts and hospitality must be modest, transparent, lawful, and never given to influence an outcome.
  • Third parties acting for us are held to this standard by contract.

Modern slavery and human trafficking

We do not tolerate forced labour, bonded labour, child labour, or human trafficking in our operations or our supply chain. Our supply chain is predominantly cloud infrastructure and software services; we expect our suppliers to uphold the same standard and we will disengage from those who do not.

Raising a concern

Concerns about bribery, corruption, or labour practices can be raised confidentially to qnsi-security@heossi.com. We do not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
