Prices, taxes, and authorisation

The price, currency, billing interval, included usage, and any recurring character of a purchase are shown before checkout or stated in an Order Form. Prices exclude taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. You authorise HEOSSI and its payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account for fees, usage charges, and applicable taxes when due.

Marketplace purchases are also governed by the applicable marketplace billing terms. If those terms conflict on payment processing, invoicing, or cancellation mechanics, the marketplace terms control for that subject only.

Renewal and cancellation

A recurring self-service subscription renews for the same billing interval until cancelled. You may cancel through the Cloud Portal. Unless the checkout or Order Form states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then.

A marketplace subscription must be cancelled through the marketplace that bills it. Enterprise and committed-term subscriptions renew or expire as stated in their Order Form.

Refunds and billing corrections

Except where required by law, expressly stated at checkout, or agreed in an Order Form, paid fees are non-refundable and cancellation does not generate a prorated refund. This does not limit any mandatory right to cancel, receive a refund, or obtain another remedy under applicable consumer law.

Report a suspected duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorised charge promptly to the billing contact. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors. Service credits are governed by the applicable SLA and are not cash refunds unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Downgrades, termination, and Customer Data

Before cancelling or downgrading, export Customer Data you need to keep. If a downgrade reduces your storage entitlement below current usage, QNSI may schedule permanent deletion of excess data, oldest first, after the seven-day export grace period implemented by the billing service. Notices are sent to the account contact configured for the workspace.

Termination and workspace deletion may be subject to a separate deletion window shown in the Cloud Portal, legal holds, security preservation, backups, and retention required by law. Data subject to immutable or compliance retention cannot be deleted before the applicable retention period expires.
